A dry, textural Rosé that balances freshness with quiet complexity.

Produced in small quantities from our organically farmed vineyard beside the Finniss River, this is a Rosé made with the same care and intention as our reds and whites—bright, savoury and unmistakably expressive of place.

Grown on our family vineyard on South Australia's Fleurieu Peninsula, this small-batch Rosé captures the brightness of the growing season while remaining finely balanced and refreshingly dry. Rose gold in colour, it opens with aromas of pear, rockmelon, red apple and spring flowers. The palate is layered with strawberry, pink grapefruit and a delicate note of caramelised sugar, finishing crisp, textural and quietly persistent. Equally at home around the table or enjoyed on its own, it is a wine of elegance, freshness and effortless drinkability.

Best enjoyed young while its vibrant aromatics and freshness are at their peak.

Vintage Notes

A balanced growing season produced beautifully expressive fruit with excellent natural acidity and freshness. Careful harvest timing preserved delicate aromatics while allowing subtle texture to develop, resulting in a Rosé that is vibrant, finely balanced and unmistakably reflective of the season.

Winemaking

Harvested in the cool of morning to preserve delicacy and natural acidity, the fruit was handled gently from vineyard to bottle to retain its bright aromatics and refined texture. Slow fermentation and minimal intervention allow the fruit and vineyard character to remain the focus, resulting in a Rosé that is fresh, balanced and quietly expressive.
